Buying guides
How buying direct works
You order on the page at the listed price. The factory builds your unit, we book the ocean freight, file the US customs entry and pay the duty, then deliver curbside in the lower 48. You handle unloading, the pad or room, and any electrical or plumbing hookup.
What to settle before you order spa equipment
Start with the room. The dry float bed weighs 280 kg empty and 780 kg filled on a 500 L water volume, and it arrives crated at 275 x 150 x 150 cm and 395 kg. That crate has to reach the room, and the finished floor has to carry the filled weight. The Vichy shower wet table is a one-piece white acrylic table with an overhead hydro-jet shower bar and ships in a wooden frame.
Then confirm services. The float bed is a 220 V, 60 Hz, 3,500 W unit and needs a dedicated 240 V circuit in the US, because there is no 120 V version. It heats from room temperature to a maximum of 60 °C, is normally run at 36 to 37 °C, takes about two hours to heat, and has a built-in start and stop timer so it is ready before the first appointment. Its membrane is TPU with an expected life of about six years.
For the Vichy table, the jet count and the plumbing connection sizes are still being confirmed with the factory. We show those rows as confirming with the factory rather than publishing a number we cannot stand behind, so ask us for them before a plumber roughs in supply and drainage. Both products are built to order, so the availability date shown on each page is recalculated from your order date every time the page loads.
Spa equipment questions, answered
What spa equipment can I buy right now?+
A Poke Oracle Vichy shower wet table at $5,495 and the Poke Oracle dry float bed at $15,995. Both are built to order, and the availability date on each product page is calculated from your order date.
What electrical service does the dry float bed need?+
It is a 220 V, 60 Hz, 3,500 W unit, so a US installation needs a dedicated 240 V circuit. There is no 120 V version. Have a licensed electrician confirm the circuit before delivery.
What are the Vichy table dimensions?+
The table is 2250 x 1200 mm (88.6 x 47.2 in) with a 1030 mm wide inner basin and a 720 mm (28.3 in) table height, from the manufacturer's dimension drawing. The jet count and the plumbing connection sizes are still being confirmed with the factory, so ask us for those before you rough in a treatment room.
How much does the float bed weigh when filled?+
280 kg empty and 780 kg filled, on a 500 L water volume. Check the floor loading of the room before placing it, especially above ground level.
