What we collect

We only collect what a purchase or a quote actually requires. There is no advertising profile, no data broker sale, and no tracking pixel network on this site.

• Quote and offer forms: your name, email address, optional phone number, the equipment you are interested in, and the notes you type.
• Checkout and orders: your email, optional company name, billing and delivery details, the equipment ordered, and the amount charged. Payment credentials are handled by Stripe and never reach our servers.
• Tax review: if you request tax-exempt review, the resale or exemption certificate you upload is stored privately and linked to your order for manual review.
• Optional cart reminder: if you consent during checkout and do not pay, we use your email once after 24 hours. Every reminder includes an unsubscribe link, and paid or unsubscribed checkouts are suppressed.
• Text messages: if you text ORACLE to our number, your phone number and the messages you send are received by our specialist so they can reply.
• Assistant conversations: the questions you type into the shopping assistant, and a request record if you ask for a callback.
• Basic technical data: the pages requested and standard server log information needed to keep the site running and secure.

Stored in your own browser

Some information stays on your device rather than on our servers. Your equipment list is saved in your browser storage so it survives a page reload, and the shopping assistant keeps your conversation in session storage until you close the tab. Clearing your browser data removes all of it.

We do not use advertising or cross site tracking cookies. The only browser storage we set is the functional storage described above, plus the session cookie our payment processor needs during checkout.

How the information is used

Form details are used to prepare your quote or offer, email you the documents, and let a specialist follow up about the equipment you asked about. Order details are used to fulfill and support the order. Text messages are used to answer you. We do not sell your information or share it for advertising.

Who processes it for us

We use service providers to run the site rather than building everything ourselves: a managed database and file storage platform for lead, offer, and order records and the PDF documents we generate, a payment processor for card payments, an email delivery provider for the documents we send you, and an AI provider that powers the shopping assistant. Each one processes the data only to deliver that service.

How long we keep it

Quote and offer records and their PDFs are kept while the request is active and afterwards for our business records. Order records are kept as long as tax and warranty obligations require. You can ask us to delete anything we are not legally required to keep.

Your choices

Email support@pokeoracle.com or text ORACLE to (724) 472-2055 to ask what we hold about you, correct it, or ask for deletion. Reply STOP to any text message to end text contact. You can browse the site and read every buying guide without submitting a form.

Children and changes

This is a commercial equipment site and is not directed to children. If we change this policy we update this page, and material changes are reflected in the date shown here.
