Pricing
Listed prices are for the equipment only, in US dollars. Freight is included where a product page states that it is included, and quoted separately where it is not. Utility connections, installation labor, permits, and site preparation are never included in a listed price.
Payment
Card, eligible wallet, Link, and US bank account payments are accepted at guest checkout for products that list instant checkout. Bank payments can remain processing until Stripe confirms settlement. Quote first products are invoiced after a specialist confirms configuration, freight, and lead time with you in writing.
Lead times
Lead times shown on product pages are the expected window from order, not a guaranteed delivery date. We tell you promptly if a manufacturing or freight delay changes your window.
Freight and site responsibilities
Curbside delivery means the carrier brings the shipment to the curb. Moving equipment inside, offloading a flatbed shipment, rigging, and any equipment needed to do that are the buyer's responsibility unless your written quote states otherwise.
Cancellation
An order may be cancelled without charge before it ships. Once a shipment is released to the carrier, our return policy applies instead.
Returns and damage
Returns, restocking fees, and transit damage claims are governed by our returns policy. Read it before signing for a delivery.
Warranty
Equipment carries the manufacturer warranty term listed on its product page. We do not add, extend, or replace a manufacturer warranty, and we do not offer performance guarantees beyond the published specifications.
Limits of liability
Our liability on an order is limited to the amount paid for the equipment. We are not liable for lost business, spoilage, downtime, or other indirect losses. Nothing here limits rights you hold under applicable law.
Governing terms
These terms apply to orders shipped within the contiguous United States. We do not currently sell into Alaska, Hawaii, or outside the United States.
